I’m Chris Davies, a Certified EOS Implementer in Geelong. For over 20 years I led a 40+ employee professional services organisation through the whole roller coaster: start-up, partnership buy-out, turnaround, sale. EOS was running under the hood for almost a decade of it. Now I teach, coach and facilitate leadership teams to get clear, get aligned, and get it done.
Three hats. One job.
An EOS Implementer does three things. I do all three, in your room, with your leadership team.
Teacher
I teach your team the tools that make a meeting finish with decisions instead of talk. Plain language. No jargon for jargon’s sake. If a tool isn’t earning its keep, we talk about it.
Facilitator
I run the room so you can be in it: structured quarterly and annual planning sessions, backed by a weekly rhythm that keeps things moving. You bring the issues, I make sure they get solved, not talked around. That’s what a facilitator is for.
Coach
People search “business coach Geelong” and find me. Fair enough. Coaching is a third of the job. The difference: I’m not here to tell you what to do. I’m here to make sure you do what you already know you should, and to have the conversation you’ve been avoiding.
